Hello Economy Airport Transportation!

Two GREAT Airport Trips this year with Tom! My last flight delayed over 1 Hour. Called Tom when I landed at MDW. He was answering on First Ring & was tracking Flight Delay. He was in remote parking waiting. 5 minutes after I got my luggage Tom was there.

Tom picked up my 87 year old mother on Christmas Eve. (on Short notice) and took her to Midway after her flight was cancelled the day before. When he got to her house she handed him her hearing aid and asked him to change the batteries for her, which he cheerfully did. He called when they arrived at Midway to let me know she was there and that some people were helping her in the terminal with her luggage. He treated her like she was  his own Mother. I will never use any other airport limo service in the Chicago area.

Hi Tom

My Son, Daughter & I just made a trip to Europe. Its the 1st trip that the three of us made there together.

This is also the First time we used the service of Economy Airport Transportation Inc to Transport us to O'Hare Airport. The 1st time I spoke to Tom Frixen-Owner I liked his Courtesy & professionalism & I felt he was really on the ball with being organized,etc. He certainly proved all that. Although this "Travel Trip" turned out to be  a trip from Hell, the one Good Thing is Economy Airport was there Right ON Time to take us to O'Hare & Pick us Up on the return. My Son & Daughter returned at different times and both times Economy was there in 5-minutes after we had our luggage to pick us up. After Missed Connections, Flight Delays we just wanted something to Go Right! Economy was there On-Time Every Time!

When I returned from Europe I just needed to Vent after a LONG HARD TRIP! Mike the return driver was great to talk to and calm my nerves down.

As I Plan Transportation to the Airport I will Certainly use Economy's Service again & again!

One More thing I'd like to Add. I've used other Limo Services before where they were late,Got Lost or just forgot to pick me up at Midway.
