  • Meet and Greet: Do you need us to meet your passenger at baggage claim and handle their luggage? $35.00 additional (up to two persons).
  • For your convenience a 20% gratuity, for the driver, will be added to your total fare
  • A $10.00 fee is added for "one-way" after-hours pick-ups from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM. The same is applied for certain last minute transportation. Fees are given to the driver and not the company.
  • One pick up and drop off are included in a round trip booking. Extra charge of $10.00 for additional stops. Call or submit details online for an exact quote.

What’s the value of a flat rate?

A flat rate is an all-inclusive price. So regardless of weather, time of day, or traffic, the customer knows exactly the rate they will pay ahead of time. No “hidden” fees.

What is your service area?

We provide service to the South Suburbs of Chicago, the Far South(Kankakee Area) and Northwest Indiana. Please contact the office to ensure you are in our serviceable area.

How is your gratuity handled?

Gratuity is always to the discretion of the customer. We can include the gratuity into the total cost of your trip for your convenience. The industry average gratuity is 20%.

Do you monitor the flights?

Our drivers are trained to check all flight times prior to setting out to pick you up, whether it’s for a trip to or from the airport. If your arriving flight is not on time for any reason, no need to contact us. We will know. HOWEVER, if you change flights, we will need to hear from you as soon as possible so we know which flight to monitor.

What time should I be picked up for my flight?

We generally schedule pickups about three hours prior to departure. However, we are flexible and will do our best to accommodate your needs.

What if I need to cancel my order?

We understand that plans change. Please be sure to notify us of changes as soon as possible. If you have prepaid, you will receive a refund.

Is there a cancellation fee?

There is no cancellation fee, however if you notify us once a driver has already been dispatched, there is a charge of $40.00.

Can you provide car seats or booster seats for my child?

We have a limited number of car seats and booster seats. If you need one, we’ll provide one, if possible. Another option is for you to bring your own car seat or booster, leave it with us, and the driver will bring it along when we pick you up for the return leg of your trip. Parents please review with your driver the use and set up of the car seats for safety purposes.

Will the driver call me when he is at the pick-up location?

The driver will text you and wait for your reply. If you do not text message, simply call our main number – 708-925-1600. The driver will provide specific instructions when you communicate. No phone, just call our toll free number 877-925-1601.

How old are your vehicles?

No vehicle is older than 5 years and meet the consumer dept standards.

Are all of your drivers insured?

All our drivers our insured and meet or exceed mandated regulations.

Are there ever any extra charges (early morning, late night, inclement weather, etc.)?

We do have a small fee for after hours pickups (11 PM to 5 AM), but this applies only to one-way bookings. There are no after-hours fees for round trips.

What if I am not quite ready when the driver arrives?

We will wait for you, but it is your responsibility if this puts you in jeopardy of missing your flight.

Is there an additional fee for stops?

This is negotiable. Sometimes we charge extra stops based on the location of the stop.

How much time in advance do you need to place a reservation?

We prefer at least 48 hour notification, but we do accept on demand service based on availability.
