GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

  • The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party.
  • Drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid by the customer.
  • Underage drinking is illegal. Best Economy Car Service Co. has a zero-tolerance policy.
  • In the event a client becomes physically sick and soils the vehicle, $250 professional cleanup/sanitation fee will be automatically added to the vehicle transportation charges.
  • The driver has the right too terminate run without refund if there is a blatant indiscretion on the part of the client.
  • If at any moment during the service you are not fully satisfied with our service, please contact Michael Ocenas, President, at 708-870-8275 immediately.
  • Total cost of the transportation (round trip if applicable) will be made available prior to the event and will be paid upon pickup or prepaid ahead of time.
  • Best Economy Car Service Co. is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdowns. We will do our best to have another vehicle complete the service.
  • Best Economy Car Service Co. does not accept responsibility for delayed travel time due to unforeseen weather, traffic, road conditions or delays beyond our control.
  • Best Economy Car Service Co. is not responsible for articles left in our vehicles. If found, we will make every effort to return the articles to you. Please inform us immediately if you have left something in the vehicle.
  • Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
  • To accommodate clients with children, we carry child seats and booster seats for your use. However, the driver will only assist the client in the use of these and it is the client responsibility to make sure the child is properly secured in the seat.
  • When making a reservation for transportation services, the person making the reservation must be of legal age in the State of Illinois as you are making a binding contract. This agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Illinois. If any provision of the contract is unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
